Organizational Advice and Cultural Change

For teams or organizations that are stuck, but feel that it is not a structural problem – it is deeper.

We start with a business scan on four levels: assumptions, accountability culture, decision-making and ownership. Then we design a tailor-made intervention together — sharp, honest and moving.

This is not a standard consultancy. You will not get a thick report, but an involved sparring partner who works with you in practice on movement and reorientation.

M&A transition

For entrepreneurs, management teams or investors who want an acquisition to not only make business sense — but also be successful from a human perspective.

Many M&A processes fail due to cultural conflicts, unspoken expectations and leadership that remains silent instead of directing. We help with a soft and sharp look in the pre- and post-phase of the deal.

Executive retreats Ibiza

For entrepreneurs and leaders who want to step out of the operation completely to really work on their lives and leadership.

A small-scale retreat (max. 6 participants) in which you slow down, reflect and set a course. We combine silence, confrontation, group dynamics and individual guidance — in a setting that balances peace and sharpness.

Themes such as authentic leadership, inner strategy, decisiveness and letting go are the common thread.
